Numusic have teamed up with Stavanger Platemesse to give you something to do before you go off for a swim at Wet Sounds. On Saturday between 1000 and 1600, we’ll be hosting the regions largest record fair. Over 45m of stands with sellers from all over the country flying in to set up vinyl, CD and info stands. Stavanger Platemsse is a sales point for vinyls and CD’s. We have 45 meters of tables ready for YOU to sell your records, or buy the record you’ve been sarching for for years. The record fair has been in excistence in Stavanger since 1988. Alongside the fair in Skien it’s the largest one in Norway. The interest today is the same as it was 20 years ago. Huge!

Metropolis will be filled with music in all genres, from country to punk, vinyls and CD’s of every variety. We sell both used records and new shiny ones. The record fair is for everyone with an interest in music. This is the place to make a bargain. Why buy something new when you can get a used one for half the price?

This is also a great oppurtunity to get hold of new records at reduced prices, or releases that have’nt even reached your local record store yet. It’s become a mecca for vinyl and cd junkies looking for something extraordinary!

The record fair is also the place to bring the records you’ve grown tired of. They can be sold or swapped for new ones. The fair is an old-fashioned market with haggling and all that comes with it.
